Is your hat a little boring? Add some Roman flair to your headwear by adorning it with a beautiful crista, the famous feathered crests favoured by the most flamboyant Roman soldiers. Participants are encouraged to bring their own caps to Romanify, but all other materials are provided.

You will also be able to explore this unique reconstructed monument, taking in the sites of the ramparts, the granary building and the world’s only known Gyrus inside a Roman fort!

Designed for age 5 - 12 years, but all are welcome.
